At Southside Smokers, located on US 119 in the Coldiron Community of Harlan County, KY, about a half mile from the old Coalbucket truck stop, we're dedicated to authentic, mouth-watering BBQ. Tony, the owner, is thrilled to bring you the expertise of Sharon, former cook from the acclaimed Coalbucket Truck stop. Sharon crafts all our homemade sides and our signature butt rub right here in our BBQ shack. From our 18-hour smoked pork butts to our fantastic homemade coleslaw, every detail is handled with care and passion. We're open Friday-Sunday from 10 AM until 6 PM, or until we run out!
